Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect/Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Architect/Consultant to design, develop, and optimize marketing solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SFMC, Data Cloud, and personalization tools, along with experience in integrating Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms. This role involves hands-on technical development, strategic planning, and close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio.
- Develop dynamic and personalized communication strategies using AMP Script, HTML/CSS, and Server-Side JavaScript.
- Manage data extensions, SQL queries, and segmentation logic for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications using REST APIs and authentication protocols.
- Create and deploy transactional communications, including email and SMS campaigns, leveraging API triggers and automation workflows.
- Set up and manage Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions, including data ingestion, profile unification, and activation strategies.
- Configure and customize cloud pages for customer interaction, preference management, and dynamic content rendering.
- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring successful delivery of sprint tasks and project milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and present project updates and demos.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to regulatory and data security standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Email Studio, Interaction Studio, Data Cloud, Automation Studio, Journey Builder).
- Proficiency in SQL, AMP Script, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Proven experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Splunk, and Datorama for testing and analysis.
- Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Developer, Consultant, etc.) are required.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with personalization platforms (e.g., Interaction Studio) and cross-channel marketing tools.
- Knowledge of CDP architecture and implementation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
